  • Deal with any claim relating to your clients motor policy (Fire, Theft, Own Damage, Vandalism, Windscreen, Fault or Non-fault)
  • Validate cover directly with yourself
  • Report the claim to the client’s insurers
  • Where appropriate, arrange inspection of the client’s vehicle
  • Arrange repairs to the client’s vehicle (when covered by policy)
  • Track claims until completion
  • Provide monthly or quarterly management reports

Volume dependent, Lexelle also have the facility to:

  • Correspond using branded stationary
  • Provide a branded claims line (0800, 0845)
