As our newly appointed Executive Assistant you will provide high level confidential support to the Managing Director of Lexelle and provide support to the wider Lexelle sales, reconciliation, underwriting and compliance areas of the business.

Role Responsibilities
- To provide high level confidential support to the Managing Director.
- Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively as required.
- To provide MI and analysis as requested.
- To provide ad hoc support for underwriting and compliance activities including event support, oversight management, co-ordination of Tenders and other document production.
- To manage system updates including training development.
- To act as first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- To proactively manage and coordinate activities, ensuring deadlines are met and ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Sales support including input into preparations for events, updates of CRM systems, and support with Tenders and sales documents as well as oversight activity.
- Production of monthly reporting and analysis of key performance metrics to internal / external stakeholders.
You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients
What We Need From You
- Experience of providing high level administrative support including the ability to identify admin needs and develop and maintain appropriate systems to meet them.
- Ability to forward plan and manage a busy diary.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Good numeracy and communication skills.
- Complete discretion and an understanding of the need for confidentiality and GDPR.
