Please note that some of our UK General policy wordings have been amended to reflect changes to the Complaints Procedure. Other than minor changes to the Complaints Procedure there are no material changes to the various policy features and benefits.

 

The new wordings need to be implemented by the end of February 2013, as specified below.

 

The following Lexelle policy schemes are affected:-

For all Lexelle Brokernet users, please note, the above wordings will be made live on the web system on 1st February 2013 and there will be no further action required.

 

For all non-Brokernet users we have provided the new wordings by e-mail which need updating on your systems by end February 2013. If you have any issues with this could you please advise back promptly by return e-mail.
