Lexelle’s Claims Services: All you need to know…


Lexelle has a long-established claims department, experienced in handing and administering claims for brokers and insurers.

Whilst initially created to handle personal lines products, we have expanded to include commercial lines including acting under delegated authorities for leading UK underwriters.

‘Experience is key’ is a philosophy that Lexelle believes in; thus ensuring their claims staff are amongst the best, taken from insurers, brokers and the legal sector.

At Lexelle, we pride ourselves on being able to deal with most general business claims, offering honest and grounded advice to you and your customers. We are also happy to white label, if this is a requirement.

Two years ago, in order to improve our service to our customers further, we created our First Notification of Loss Team (FNOL) which, using our bespoke claims handling system, delivers the highest standards providing customers with an efficient and friendly claims reporting and initial assistance portal.

We have built our own claims handling system (based upon an industry-leading CMS for reliability and to enable across company data transfer) which is easily customized and so able to produce reporting that meets your requirements, from evidencing service levels to loss ratios.

We are also happy to work with your preferred third party service providers or if you do not have such agreements, but such services would be of benefit, we will likely be able to recommend one of our existing partners.
