Lexelle has a long established claims department, experienced in handling and administering claims for brokers and insurers.

We created our First Notification of Loss Team (FNOL) in order to further improve services to our customers. The team use our bespoke claims handling system to provide customers with an efficient and friendly claims reporting and initial assistance portal.

First Notification of Loss (FNOL) services
Lexelle knows what matters to brokers. We deliver an outstanding First Notification of Loss (FNOL) service to make the post-accident and claims reporting process simpler.
Our experienced FNOL team members are trained to capture all essential claims data while offering a professional and friendly response to our customers’ drivers that have been involved in a road traffic incident.
We fundamentally recognise that good customer service assists with renewals and minimises complaints. So our approach is based on quality of service delivery. The service level for call answering is on the basis of 80 per cent of calls being answered within 20 seconds and this level has never been breached throughout the last 12 months.
Handling around 20,000 first notifications of loss claims every year, our FNOL team has outperformed previous suppliers for our broker partners on all key performance indicators on like for like accounts.
We have achieved this through our people, processes, systems and technology – as well as listening to what our partners want, being proactive and tailoring our service accordingly.
