Residential Legal Expenses Insurance

Why have three policies to manage when you can have just one.

Using our years of experience in writing family and property Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI) covers we have devised a solution for brokers and their clients that makes life simpler.

Historically brokers have had to manage 3 different Legal Expenses (LEI) policies for properties depending upon their status, be it the family home (principal home), 2nd property or unoccupied. This has led to errors and issues for brokers and their clients.

Issues have also arisen where a change to the status of a property has occurred, and the LEI cover has not been adjusted to suit.

The Lexelle Residential Property Legal Expenses Insurance Policy solves this by being a single policy which provides appropriate cover for all properties in three status types; full details provided in the table below.

The policy is rated at a single premium (dependent upon if you choose Platinum of Platinum Plus cover level) so there is no need for you to declare if the property status changes.

We can offer the Residential Property LEI policy in 2 cover levels, Platinum and Platinum Plus
