As our newly appointed Operations Executive you be responsible for managing monthly reconciliation, production of MI, administrative duties for direct business, broker oversight, systems updates, and any other ad hoc business needs from the Lexelle Management Team. You will undertake administrative activities to ensure that all insurance monies are collected and paid to Insurers in accordance with agreements, and that products are distributed correctly. The role provides support for both direct and broker distributed covers, including benchmarking, MI production, systems development and other ad hoc activities as required

Role Responsibilities
- To provide assistance and training to any ‘Administration Support’ roles to ensure that all monthly payments are received from partners and paid to capacity providers, with accurate supporting risk information .
- To provide support with Lexelle insurance systems and policy records, including the Lexelle policy sales portal system and Lexelle claims handling and policy administration system ‘Proclaim’ in addition to the Lexelle site re training and partner support information.
- To ensure that the Lexelle MI Reporting systems are maintained, and to deliver monthly reports as required.
- Fielding calls and assisting with broker and direct enquiries as necessary (including invoicing and web queries for example).
- Undertaking benchmarking re covers and pricing for products that Lexelle distribute and oversight of partners to ensure compliant distribution of products and services.
- Production of information for monthly Operational Report submissions and attendance at meetings as required.
- Assist in the auditing, reporting and communication with clients and insurers.
- Manage and maintain bank accounts, including claims payments and reporting
- Other ad hoc activity as required.
You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients.

- Hold excellent IT skills including the use of Excel and other Office 360 applications.
- Be a good communicator to both internal and external customers.
