For all Lexelle brokers using the Landlords Legal & Rent Guarantee Scheme (Arag) we are in the process of distributing pdf copies of the revised policy wordings by e-mail. We can advise that there is only a minor change made to the Complaints Section detailed on Page 2 of the main policy wordings all the main policy covers are unaffected by the changes. For recording purposes the policy has a revised Master Certificate Number which is revised to: LEX10 / LLERG / 04 / 2012.
The new wordings will be made live on the Lexelle Brokernet web system over the next few days. For brokers using their own systems for this scheme the new wordings should be implemented at your earliest opportunity.
