YAAGuilt free cake? You eat the treat and we’ll do the exercise…

Lexelle is hoping to make fundraising a piece of cake as it hits the streets in fancy dress to raise money for a local charity.

Members of the Lexelle team have decided to host a charity cake bake with a difference to support the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity as part of BIBA Yorkshire and Northern Region’s ‘Walk Around the World’ event which takes place throughout September.

As well as baking up a series of tasty cakes, savouries and biscuits for office colleagues on Friday 2nd October, the Lexelle team has vowed to walk a mile in fancy dress for every £1 raised.

The team is currently dusting down its array of fancy dress costumes and hoping to raise as much money as possible for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance which needs £4.4 million per year just to stay in the air.
