Sharon is leaving Lexelle in the capable hands of Operations Director, Dennis Langley, who has been in the industry for over 30 years and been with Lexelle since 2001.
During her tenure with Lexelle, Sharon served as Chair of BIBA Yorkshire and Northern region. As she retires from her full-time role as Managing Director of Lexelle she said “The industry has changed substantially in the time I have been in it. I started filing and making tea for other colleagues, and now I am proudly retiring from my full-time role at Lexelle seeing the industry making many changes to improve for its customers. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with industry experts and have had the opportunity to nurture some of the younger members of the team.”
She continued: “As I step away, I know I am leaving Lexelle in the capable hands of Dennis Langley, who I know will take the business to new heights. Finally, I want to thank the team at Lexelle, who over the years have become lifelong friends.”

I look forward to the day we meet at the racetrack watching Lexelle sponsored riders as friends, rather than colleagues.”
Sharon West is set to retire from her full-time role at Lexelle on 31st December 2024 but will be remaining on an ad-hoc consultancy basis.
