Our senior management team boast years of experience, bringing together diverse knowledge from all corners of the financial services industry. We’re part of the PM Law Group – a well-established firm of specialist solicitors whose legal team will provide your clients with a seamless, timely claims service.

Jon Bostock

Jon Bostock

Jon is a Chartered Accountant and joined Lexelle in 2003 following a career in accountancy practice with national firms including at partner level. Jon has been a specialist in insurance and legal businesses whilst in practice since 1994.
He is responsible for finance, HR, administration and facilities across all group businesses as well as supervising the overall performance and management teams and managing special projects.

Sharon West

Sharon West

Sharon has worked in the insurance industry for over 43 years and has been at Lexelle since 2014. Her previous experience was at UK General and Barclays Bank. She has also been Chairman of the Yorkshire & Northern BIBA Committee
She is responsible for running and developing the business, emphasising building and growing client relationships and improving the product range regarding coverage and pricing.

Dennis Langley

Dennis Langley

Dennis joined Lexelle in 2001 and has worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, gaining extensive experience in personal lines, motor, and household insurance.
His experience in the industry and law has enabled Lexelle to offer services ranging from policy creation/advice to full claims handling under delegated authority for both Lexelle and third-party partners.

Richard Cooper

Richard Cooper

Richard joined Lexelle in 2021 after being a personal lines underwriter at UK General Insurance Limited. Prior to this, Richard held various underwriting and claims handling roles throughout a period at RBS Insurance.
Richard has a wealth of underwriting experience across many insurance products and developed technical and operational skills in creating bespoke insurance products.

Tim Neill

Tim Neill

Tim has over 35 years of experience within the claims industry working for various companies, including Aon and Zurich Commercial. Tim is responsible for managing the Claims Team. This involves overseeing the development of the team, ensuring a top-class service for clients and making sure the policies we provide meet our clients’ needs.
