Thank you to everyone who took the time to return our 2015 Broker Survey.

It was great to receive such positive feedback from so many of you. Having our brokers engaged and willing to help us further improve the quality of our services is fantastic.

The results have given us some invaluable insight into what our customers want and it was wonderful to note that 100 per cent of respondents rated Lexelle’s services as good or very good.

We are constantly striving to support our brokers in any way we can. As you know, we provide product training for the policies which we supply our brokers with. This includes supplying broker information packs which contain policy details, presentation slides, fact sheets and competency questionnaires for you to use in staff training. If you would prefer our staff can also give training sessions at your office if required.

Alternatively, we can also pass on some marketing tips including how to set up your own social media pages and getting the most out of these digital platforms.
