Role Responsibilities:

  • Process Premium and Sales data
  • Reconcile broker sales and payments
  • Manage the payments from brokers and to insurers along with claims payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Assist with credit control
  • Run automated and ad hoc reports
  • Assist with benchmarking and marketing
  • Assist with website and customer portal maintenance.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of insurance, our products, and processes
  • Deal with customer queries and build relationships with broker clients, external partners, and insurers

You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients.

Training will be provided for all tasks and duties so, whilst experience is an advantage, it is not a requirement.

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to investigate and consider problems and devise processes to reach the end goal where possible.
  • Work to high levels of precision and accuracy.
  • Work alone and as a member of a team.
  • Hold excellent IT skills including the use of Excel and other Office 360 applications.
  • Be a good communicator to both internal and external customers.
