Lexelle staff are putting their best feet forward to raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) in September.
The team will be joining other BIBA broker offices in the region to raise vital funds for the charity which needs £4.4m a year to keep both its helicopters in the air.
Staff will be counting their miles throughout September and making a contribution depending on how many miles they clock up.
With more than 200 BIBA offices in the region, the ‘Walk Around the World’ challenge is on to raise a total of 5,000 miles for the charity.
Lexelle managing director Sharon West said: “We’re delighted to be helping out such an important cause and will be doing all we can to raise as much money as possible.”
A total of £1,485 has already been raised at BIBA’s Yorkshire and Northern Annual Dinner in April and the office which raises the most money will be given a VIP tour of the YAA headquarters.
